We help people through our professional services which depending on your circumstances, will be at fixed fees or at hourly rates.
We are able to offer you fixed fees when we have a reasonable understanding of the amount of work that will be required by us for your matter. When we offer you fixed fees, we will clearly set out the scope of services in an agreement. Work outside the scope of services will be at hourly rates.
We are able to offer you hourly rates when the amount of work on your matter is unknown, therefore by paying hourly rates, you only pay for the work that is actually completed and not speculation.
Each person’s circumstances are unique. It is only by carefully assessing your circumstances and options that any future work that is required can be accurately determined.
We believe that your initial consultation with us is crucial. To properly advise you in relation to the range of options available to you, we carefully collect your information and diligently assess your circumstances.
Your initial consultation with one of our experienced immigration lawyers is $396 (inclusive of all taxes and fees) and may go up to 30 minutes.
During the initial consultation you will be able to ask an experienced immigration lawyer any questions and you will be provided with written advice with your options clearly set out, as well as a quote for any future work.
In most circumstances, approximately 1 hour of work is required in preparation for the initial consultation, which includes gathering necessary information from you, creating a file, preparing consultation notes, review of consultation notes by an experienced immigration lawyer. Then the initial consultation itself may go for up to half an hour if required. Up to an additional half an hour for the written advice is allowed for. Our initial consultation fee is fixed at $396 (inclusive of all taxes and fees). To ensure we are solicitor trust law compliant, we will need a copy of your identification on file.

I received news that no-one wants to hear: that my father was dying in the UK. In Australia, due to our locked borders, I couldn’t travel back. The hurdles to organise the exemption to travel were too much for me to bear with all the other stress of the news of my father’s condition.
