We believe that your initial consultation with us is important. To properly advise you in relation to the range of options available to you, we carefully collect your information and diligently assess your circumstances.

In most circumstances, approximately 1 hour of work is required in preparation for the initial consultation, which includes gathering necessary information from you, creating a file, preparing consultation notes, review of consultation notes by an experienced immigration lawyer. Then the initial consultation itself may go for up to half an hour if required. Up to an additional half an hour for the written advice is allowed for.

During the initial consultation you will be able to ask an experienced immigration lawyer any questions and you will be provided with written advice with your options clearly set out, as well as a quote for any future work.

Our initial consultation fee is fixed at $396 (inclusive of all taxes and fees).
