All of our services begin with an initial consultation with Adam Byrnes our principal immigration lawyer who will carefully assess your circumstances and provide you with your options.

During the initial consultation you will be able to ask Adam any questions that you have.

After the consultation you will be provided with written advice by email with your options clearly set out as well as a quote for any future services.

In most instances approximately one hour of work is required in preparation for the initial consultation, which includes gathering necessary information from you, creating a file, preparing consultation notes and review of the consultation notes.

The initial consultation itself may go for up to half an hour if required. Up to an additional half an hour for the written advice is allowed for.

The initial consultation is conducted by the convenience of video no matter where you are in the world. Only a limited amount of in-person consultations are available approximately once a month which you will have to pre-arranged before you book by emailing or calling our team.

Our initial consultation fee is fixed at $396 inclusive of all taxes and fees.
